As President and Project Engineer of H.B. Frazer Company, Frank Holleran has been with the company since 1985. Frank received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. He holds his Electrical License for Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. Frank is a part of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), Norristown Division, where he is on the board as the Chairman. He is also affiliated with the Labor Management Committee Local Union No. 380, the Electrical Association of Philadelphia and the Knights of Columbus.

As Vice President and Project Engineer of H.B. Frazer Company, Ed Gilmore has been with the company since 1970. Ed received his A.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Temple University and later received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. Ed is the Management Trustee for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 380 Health & Welfare Fund. Ed is also a part of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) where he serves on the Board of Directors. He is member of the Federated Electrical Contractors (FEC).

As Chief Financial Officer of H.B. Frazer Company, Robert Cubberley has been with the company for over five years. Robert received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University and his C.P.A. License for the State of Pennsylvania. Robert is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Robert has over 26 years of construction experience; 21 of those years with a general contractor as Controller & I.T. Director before coming to H.B. Frazer Company.

As Corporate Secretary and Project Manager of H.B. Frazer Company, Tom Orio has been with the company since 1979. Tom was in the U.S. Navy for five years prior to joining the Apprentice Training for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 654. From there Tom moved on to becoming a Journeyman and Foreman Electrician before coming to the H.B. Frazer Company. Tom has worked on many projects including: West Chester University 15kV, Villanova University 15 kV, Taylor Hospital 350kW, and Holy Redeemer Hospital 500kW Electrical Distribution Systems.

As Line Division Manager for the Harry B. Miller Company, a division of the H.B. Frazer Company, Randy Roberts has been with the company since 2006. Randy has over thirty-four years of experience in the electrical and maintenance field for both commercial and industrial facilities. His outside experience includes aerial and underground medium voltage systems, substation construction, maintenance and controls, 69 and 138 kV transmission work. Randy has also worked in various capacities including: Apprentice Wireman, Journeyman, Foreman, Estimator, Designer, General Manager, and Project Engineer.

As Reading Division Manager for the H.B. Frazer Company, Scott Groh has been with the company since 1996. Scott started his career by going through an Apprentice Training Program where he then went onto work for several companies before coming to the H.B. Frazer Company. Work experience includes over five years as an Electrician for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 743, over five years as an Electrical Department Manger, and over two years as Electrical Estimator. Scott has continuously worked on projects at The Reading Hospital which have ranged in cost from $50,000 to over $2.5 million & St Joseph's Hospital ranging from $50,000 to over $12 million.

As Division Manager of Frazer ComTech, a division of the H.B. Frazer Company, Frank Goldcamp is a graduate from LaSalle University and holds a masters degree from West Chester University. He has 30 years in the communication industry, serving 17 years at H.B. Frazer Company. Frank completed the first IBM cabling installations and has worked on many other projects including: Wyeth Pharmaceutical Headquarters, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Limerick Nuclear Power Plant, Villanova University, Boeing, Philadelphia School District Headquarters, and St. Christopher's Hospital.

As a Project Manager for Frazer Comtech, a division of the H.B. Frazer Company, Robert Holleran is a graduate from Rowan University where he received his BA in Communications. Robert gained his certification from BICSI as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer in 2001. Robert is a certified designer for AMP Systems, Siemon, and Hubbell and holds certifications from Leviton, Corning Fiber Optic Systems, and Uniprise Systems. Robert has worked on many projects including: Fox Chase Cancer Center, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Reuters, Allstate Insurance, and for the American Philosophical Society.
